Single Crowns combined with Porcelain Bridges recreate
an exceptionally natural look and feel.
Dental
Implants replace missing teeth with stability and a natural
feel, halting bone loss that affects appearance, comfort,

Full

to restore stability and comfort.

Dr.
James Andrews now utilizes advanced technology of CEREC
3 to create in-office dental restorations. With traditional
crowns and inlays, an additional appointment is required
to place the restoration made by a dental lab. CEREC
3 creates an exceptional quality look and feel during
the patient’s visit; eliminating the need for temporaries
and reducing numbing requirements by fifty percent.
CEREC, an acronym for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics,
features the latest in computerization and uses a 3-D infrared camera to calculate
precision dimensions of height, width and depth for the prepared tooth. CEREC
3 technology also minimizes treatment time for patients while providing appealing,
durable crowns and inlays with a natural look and feel.

The
best way to protect your smile and avoid costly treatment
is through pre- vention. To support you in maintaining
your oral health and appearance, a regimen of careful
cleaning and an examination is incorporated into your
preventive appointments. Regular hygiene appointments
include:
Thorough
cleaning & flossing
Full-mouth
dental and periodontal (gum) exam
Oral
cancer screening
Periodic
X-Rays to detect decay, bone loss or tumors
Individual
care consultations

Dr. Andrews provides a full-range of services that support
your goals for a confident, beautiful, healthy smile.
In addition to regular preventive care, mercury-free fillings,
extractions, sealants and fluoride treatments are provided
as needed.
Sore, bleeding gums indicate the beginning of Periodontal
Disease. If left untreated, discomfort, bad breath, and
eventual tooth loss will result. Extensive research has
detected a link between gum disease and heart disease,
low birth weight babies, stroke, and diabetes. If indication
of gum disease exists, Dr. Andrews offers a non-surgical
treatment for various stages of gum disease.

Occasionally, a tooths nerve chamber develops infection,
requiring a root canal to save the tooth. This treatment
cleans the infected chamber and repairs the damage to
maintain a healthy tooth.
Dr. Andrews is skilled in the latest endodontic techniques.
These require less time and are more comfortable than
former methods. |
